Hi, Charlie here 👋🏻.

I converted my first van into a tiny home on wheels in early 2019.  

The Problem

Before doing this, I watched hundreds of hours of YouTube videos, read countless blogposts and got lost in a maze of unhelpful Facebook posts.

Despite what felt like a time well spent researching my future van build, once I started I still felt totally overwhelmed 🤯.

I had an idea of the end result I wanted to achieve but I really struggled with some of the key components of build along the way.

After 3 months of toil, I was generally happy with the result but as already knew what I'd do better 'next time'.

This was the exact moment the idea for the VanLife Tribe project sprang forth from my little brain 💡.

The Solution

In response, I built the website you're looking at right now.

Packed with handy free van build guides to help you nail the essentials, from solar to showers 🛠.

But, I also when a step further to create the VanLife Tribe community 👨🏻‍💻.

A place where van builders can come to ask questions and get answers - free from spam, self promoters or comedy (see piss-take) answers.
